An RFQ, tender submission, investor inquiry, or contact form submission is an expression of interest. Nothing on the website or in our standard response constitutes a binding offer until a written, signed contract is executed by both parties.

Indicative pricing on the website or in initial responses is subject to verification — market conditions, currency, and supplier capacity can change.

4. Intellectual property

The DALATAL wordmark, compass-rose logo, all written content, and the website design are owned by Dalatal. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or use them commercially without written permission.

5. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dalatal’s liability arising from your use of this website (excluding contracted services, which are governed by separate agreements) is limited to direct damages and excludes indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.
